Biography:

Ehsan Khoshkalam I successfully defended my doctoral thesis at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran in the field of soil chemistry. I am particularly interested in environmental chemistry, environmental remediation, and nanoperticles. I've done my Ph.D thesis on "Effects of solution chemistry on ammonium, nitrate and phosphate adsorption using green synthesized iron oxide nanoparticles'. During Ph.D, I have collaborated with Environmental Geoscience EDGE center for Microbiology and Environmental System Science at University of Vienna as visiting scientist (Prof. Thilo Hofmann group). I've completed my MS.c, in soil chemistry at Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran. During MS.c, I worked on "Investigating Ammonium Adsorption on Fe0Nps and Iron Hydroxide" and I have a national patent entitled "Fabricating Quartz Supported Zero-Valent Iron Nanoparticles"
