According to Budapest, Berlin, and Bethesda declarations the major definition of open access in scientific literature is

  • Peer-reviewed literature is freely available without any charge barriers
  • Immediately available online without any embargo period
  • Limitless use and reuse with proper accreditation to the author and the Original source

For articles published under Creative Common Attribute license can be use, reuse, download multiple times without any permission from CEOS Publishers. However, the original work has to be cited properly and reuse of any article does not imply endorsement by the authors or CEOS Publishers.
