Biography:

Jayanthi Parthasarathy is manager in the Department of Radiology at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Experienced medical imaging scientist, specializing in 3D Printing, material composition, and patient-specific device development, with specific expertise in children. Former dental surgeon with several years of clinical experience in children and adults. Expert in advanced whole body image post processing of CT and MRI data for adult and pediatric applications and utilization of additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping for all clinical subspecialty needs. Experience with development and regulatory aspects of patient-specific devices using advanced design and manufacturing technologies with in-depth knowledge and experience in navigating FDA approvals for medical devices. Passionate about teaching and leading related projects to undergraduate and postgraduate medical and engineering students.
