Biography:

Prof. Tetsuya Konishi, Ph.D. Professor, Faculty of Applied Life Sciences, Department of Functional and Analytical Food Sciences, Director, Niigata University of Pharmacy and Applied Life Sciences had recently visited Alwar Pharmacy College, Alwar, Rajasthan during his visit to India for attending a conference. He spent a day at Alwar Pharmacy College and had discussed with faculty members and research scholars of the college. He also had given his suggestions for research methods followed. He was so happy to be at Alwar Pharmacy College and Institute of Engineering Technology premises and when Sh. Sanjay Prakash Garg, Director illustrated the Japanese Language classes conducted at IET, Alwar. He praised the research facilities and the interest of faculty members in new drug research at Alwar Pharmacy College, Alwar.

Research Interest:

Food functions, DNA damage responses and aging, especially cell cycle checkpoint kinases,complementary medicine, cancer treatment.
