Biography:

Dr. Guo Zhongsheng is a doctor and professor, inter in ecology, resources sustainable use and high-quality and sustainable development. I put forward the theories of resources use limit by plants, vegetation carrying capacity, critical period of plant resources relation regulation and the new theory of soil and water conservation, which is the theoretical foundation of high-quality and sustainable development of forest, grass, crops and soil and water conservation.
