Biography:
Serge Akoka is a distinguished professor affiliated with the Interdisciplinary Chemistry, Synthesis, Analysis, Modeling (CEISAM) at the University of Nantes in France. Since October 1997, he has held the position of Professor (section CNU 31) at the UMR 6230 CNRS/University of Nantes. Prior to this role, from April 1990 to September 1997, he served as a Lecturer (Section CNU 28) at the INSERM U-316 unit in Tours. His professional journey also includes a tenure from March 1987 to March 1990 as the engineer responsible for the Magnetic Resonance Imaging site at Nantes University Hospital.
