Biography:

Gustavo Viniegra-González currently works at the Department de Biotechnologies, Metropolitan Autonomous University. Gustavo does research in Biotechnology, Mycology and Molecular Biology. A current project is 'molecular comparison of sporulation of Bacillus thuringiensis cultured in solid and submerged fermentation. Another recent field of interest: development of viable alternativesfor integrated use of small agave plantations. New fermentation products from agave leaves.
