Dr. Mohamed Bouaziz has completed PhD at Sfax University. Currently working as researcher at University of Sfax and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Mohamed Bouaziz research interest focus on Functional Foods, Medicinal Plants, Olive Oil Antioxidants, Olive Fruit Cultivars, Oil Chemistry, Refined Oils Stabilization, Electrochemical Conversions and Biodiesel Product.
