Dr. Elnaz Milani has completed PhD at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Currently working as Associate Professor at Academic Center for Education, Culture & Research (ACECR).

Research Interest:

Dr. Elnaz Milani research interest focus on Food extrusion Technology, Plant based meat/ Meat analogue, Agricultural and food byproduct management, Functional Food, Production of modified starch, Edible coating and Nano Encapsulation.
